How to order · Cara memesan
1. Choose your piece
Pick a colour and size on the product page. Not sure about the fit? Tap Size guide to see that piece's measurements, or message us on WhatsApp. Pieces marked Pre-order are made for you after you order; the estimated making time is shown on the product page.
2. Check out, with or without an account
Tap Checkout in your bag. You can:
- Check out as a guest with your name and WhatsApp number or email, or
- Log in or create an account to keep your orders and addresses in one place. When the welcome offer is running, a new account's first order gets a welcome voucher, applied automatically at checkout.
3. Add your address and choose delivery
Enter your address and postal code, then choose your area from the list. Shipping fees are calculated live for your area and the weight of your order. To see same-day GoSend and GrabExpress, pin your address on the map.
If your bag has both ready-stock and pre-order pieces, it ships in 2 parcels and each parcel has its own shipping fee.
4. Apply a voucher (optional)
Enter your voucher code in the order summary and tap Apply. The discount shows before you place the order.
5. Pay by BCA transfer
After you place the order, your order page shows our BCA account and the exact amount to transfer. The last 3 digits are a unique code that matches your transfer to your order, so please transfer the exact amount. Then tap Payment complete before the timer runs out. See the Payment guide for details.
6. We confirm and ship
Our team checks your transfer and confirms the payment. Ready-stock pieces are then packed and handed to the courier, usually the same or next working day.
Follow your order and its tracking number on your order page: in My account › My orders, or as a guest with Track order (your order number and the WhatsApp number or email you used) or the order link shown after checkout.
Cara memesan (Bahasa Indonesia)
1. Pilih produk
Pilih warna dan ukuran di halaman produk. Ragu dengan ukurannya? Ketuk Panduan ukuran untuk melihat ukuran produk tersebut, atau hubungi kami lewat WhatsApp. Produk bertanda Pre-order dibuat khusus setelah Anda memesan; perkiraan waktu pembuatannya tertera di halaman produk.
2. Checkout, dengan atau tanpa akun
Ketuk Checkout di keranjang. Anda bisa:
- Checkout sebagai tamu dengan nama dan nomor WhatsApp atau email, atau
- Masuk atau buat akun untuk menyimpan pesanan dan alamat di satu tempat. Selama promo selamat datang berlangsung, pesanan pertama akun baru mendapat voucher selamat datang yang otomatis terpakai saat checkout.
3. Isi alamat dan pilih pengiriman
Isi alamat dan kode pos, lalu pilih area dari daftar. Ongkos kirim dihitung langsung sesuai area dan berat pesanan. Untuk melihat GoSend dan GrabExpress hari yang sama, tandai alamat Anda di peta.
Jika keranjang berisi produk ready stock dan pre-order, pesanan dikirim dalam 2 paket dan setiap paket punya ongkos kirim sendiri.
4. Pakai voucher (opsional)
Masukkan kode voucher di ringkasan pesanan lalu ketuk Pakai. Potongan tampil sebelum pesanan dibuat.
5. Bayar dengan transfer BCA
Setelah pesanan dibuat, halaman pesanan menampilkan rekening BCA kami dan jumlah yang harus ditransfer. 3 digit terakhir adalah kode unik untuk mencocokkan transfer dengan pesanan Anda, jadi mohon transfer dengan jumlah yang tepat. Lalu ketuk Pembayaran selesai sebelum waktu habis. Lihat Panduan pembayaran untuk detailnya.
6. Kami konfirmasi dan kirim
Tim kami mengecek transfer Anda dan mengonfirmasi pembayaran. Produk ready stock lalu dikemas dan diserahkan ke kurir, biasanya di hari kerja yang sama atau berikutnya.
Pantau pesanan dan nomor resinya di halaman pesanan: lewat Akun saya › Pesanan saya, atau sebagai tamu lewat Lacak pesanan (nomor pesanan dan nomor WhatsApp atau email yang dipakai) atau link pesanan yang tampil setelah checkout.
